- Is the keg stored between 36-38°F?
- Is the CO2 pressure between 12-14 lbs?
- For mixed gas (70% CO2/30% nitrogen), is pressure between 20-25 lbs?
- Have the faucet, beer line, and keg coupler been cleaned regularly?
Common Beer Issues
Foamy Beer
Caused by warm temperature, incorrect pressure, dirty faucets, or kinks in the line
Flat Beer
Caused by cold temperature, low CO2 pressure, or dirty glassware
Cloudy Beer
Caused by frozen beer, outdated beer, or dirty lines
